    Laughable decision
Amusing how the linesman was so utterly convinced the ref called it right.

foul against Victor when pretty much clean through

only giving their lad a yellow for a dreadful challenge they could quite easily have broken bones

yet another woefully inadequate refereeing performance

confused why he was even consulting with his linesmen re their goal too - shouldn’t his watch have buzzed if it went over the line? So why check?

Agree, the Thomas yellow was a joke, he slipped.

Why do you assume he was checking with the lino? For all you know he may have told him why he gave the goal and did not ask him for his opinion.

Think we appealed for offside, so checked with lino.

    I see cheers
The other decisions were still dreadful

that challenge in the second half would have been a red card in the 80s! That’s how bad it was!

The ref was appalling from the word go. I remember there was an incident in one of our build ups and one of our players got cleaned out- ref waived play on but didn’t even go back to the Preston player to caution him

Then on the other hand, he was constantly cautioning or talking to our players. Chaplin for one when he was trying to put off their keeper in the 1st half - we only get crap refs (as the song goes)

I agree 100% with the above, but I also remember the same complaints about refs and losing as well!!
