    Brilliant ride by Thomas at 36 to finish on the podium.

    I wish he’d aimed for the giro & vuelta a few times in his prime instead of been Froome’s right hand man but I suppose the Tour’s the big one.

    agree, brilliant performance - won his first World Championship medal 16 years ago and still going strong at 36 !

    van Aert won Green Jersey - think this is awarded to the rider who accumulates most points.
    He also won the award for being the most 'Combative Rider.' - not sure what criterion are used for this award.
