Wish we had beaten Hull but if we had the calls for Lauman to be a pointed until end of season would have grown to fever pitch. I think we need a complete change from the present set up at Oakwell (not Grove Street yet! ). A head coach appointment is needed soon so that someone can take a fresh look at the squad and who will select a player and play them in a system that they individually are suited to and can cope with and instil confidence in. Plus someone who will get them fit enough to last 90 mins plus. Then he will select a captain who is a natural leader and can motivate players to give 100% for the team . Any player who is not fit enough, willing or up to the task(Oulare ?) needs to be shipped out.
