Get in trouble with who exactly? She told you early on she was a one woman band and yet you continued to be overly condescending towards her, as you often are. Listen to people on here, you come across very badly at times because of this, whether you intend to or not (I'm sure you don't or I'd like to think so anyway).
This is what you put: You could have put ‘I suggest speaking to your work’s IT department, they should be able to help’. That would have been good advice (if Fired’s work had such a department, which it doesn’t). I know you can tell the difference between those responses.
