    This comes not only with both Barnsley & Nancy likely to be relegated to the 3rd tiers in France & England, but also following the opening of an investigation by the French & Belgian league bodies into transfer activity between KV Oostende & Nancy from last summer, both PMG run.

    I really hope that in a couple of years we can put this sorry period behind us. I'm sick and tired of reading a new story every week about the ineptitude of our owners and the shady dealings they seem to be up to their tits in.

    Hasn't this been going on since last Summer? When the French clubs launched a complaint on how they were getting round the transfer embargo?

    I am in no way implying that it's the case here, but I've always thought that owning multiple football clubs in different countries must present decent opportunities for money laundering, should any owners be that way inclined (and I have no reason to suspect or imply that our owners are).
