Is anyone having issues with the iFollow videos over the past week or so? I'm listening to Chris Stern now in San Francisco and it keeps breaking up, as it is not buffering correctly. It was doing the same last week when I was in Barnsley. Previously, I had no issues with this, as I have a very fast Internet connection.
They asked me to reinstall Chrome, but the problem still persists. I tried to use Edge, but the problem still persists. They asked me to perform a speed test - 80.86 Down and 181.20 Up - Very fast, but the problem still persists. They asked me to change the Quality setting from Auto to 720, but the problem still persists. They asked me to try another device, so I used my iPhone over the same Wi-Fi connection and it buffers correctly and plays without issue. I'll post more when I hear back from iFollow support.
I reinstalled Flash, as requested, I turned off my Flash Control Extension in Chrome, even though it was allowed for this site. I turned off my Ad Blocker Extension in Chrome, even though it was allowed for this site. I changed the iFollow Quality from Auto to 720p. None of these seemed to help, but iFollow Support are stating it is a problem with my device (Windows 10 / Chrome) as the App works OK on my iPhone. I will need to keep messing around to try and solve this.
Yes! Been doing it a few weeks, but I can watch whole games or streams live with no issue It’s only the shorter vids in the main section that pause every 20 seconds or so. Tried different devices and browsers and still occurs.
