    Afternoon.

I’ve just tried to log in to get my match pass for tonight. However it’s not letting me log on. It’s not even letting me reset my password. It just fires a message saying the link doesn’t work.

To work around this I thought I would set up a new account using my work email address. It’s not even letting me do that.

I’ve tried on both my laptop and my phone. Anyone else having any issues or had them before? TIA.

I’ve had recent issues going through BFC site but found the EFL site worked when logging in. Don’t know if that helps. Normally scrabbling around with 5 mins to go but at least you have some time to get sorted.

Tried logging on via smart tv , put my details in (email and password ) and as soon as I press sign in box details disappear and the boxes go blank ?. Gone on my iPhone and purchased the match with no problems but would sooner watch it on my telly. Any ideas Thanks

Your phone should link up to your tv, no?

I've logged into BFC, IFollow, paid and been successful.
It's on a laptop so don't know if that uses a different system from yours.

I usually buy mine using the iPad, but watch the match on the telly via a computer

Not sure if this the answer to your problem but you can’t watch on more than one so be sure to log off your phone

Are you sure about that. If I use Airplay I can watch iFollow on my smart TV by using my ipad (or iphone) to login to iFollow and then cast the display via airplay to my TV and that works

    Thanks for the replies everyone.

I did manage to finally get logged on my phone and buy the match. Thankfully I could log I thru a browser and watch on the tv rather than my phone. Although I wish I’d not bothered now!!!

I wasn’t aware of that. Certainly either casting direct or a hard wire link from iPad haven’t worked for me

I had the same experience, unfortunately the team did not play anywhere near perfectly.

That,is the last time I use Ifollow this season. The last 2 games both losses. I'll stick to watching live or following on the BBC website until after the play offs.
