Dont ask why I’m reading Bristol Rovers webpages!

We would like to make supporters aware of some changes to the way that Season Ticket holders will watch games on the iFollow service.

Currently, all Season Ticket holders are sent a unique code to redeem via iFollow to gain access to a video match pass for all home league fixtures.

Working closely with Clubs, the EFL have been working on a system that would streamline the process moving forward, where all Season Ticket holders' iFollow accounts will be automatically granted access to the live video stream for home league fixtures, as opposed to the codes that get sent out on a game-by-game basis.

This will mean that there will be no longer be the need to input promo codes and supporters will just need to log into their iFollow account to access the stream.

    What needs to be done?
In order to facilitate the above process, we need to supply the EFL with a database of Season Ticket holders' email address. This data is being passed securely and purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow.

It's essential that supporters set up an iFollow account using the email address that we have registered on our ticketing system. This email will be the same email that we currently use to send out the iFollow codes to you currently.

If the email address you currently use for iFollow is the same as you use for your ticketing account, then you don't have to do anything further.

Supporters who have not set up an iFollow account under the registered email we have on the ticketing system must set up a new iFollow account using that email address we have on the our system by midday on Friday, 23rd October. To create an iFollow account, please click HERE.

All season ticket holders will be emailed on their registered email address to confirm that is the one that will be used for the service however, if you have any questions or queries about the above, please email seasonticketenquiries@bristolrovers.co.uk .

The above process will begin following the weekend of the 31st ,October - meaning codes will be supplied to Season Ticket holders for our fixture against Hull City next Tuesday. These codes will be sent out after our match with Accrington Stanley this weekend.

Access to the matches will not be provided to those that have filled in the survey to opt out of receiving codes for games.

Once again, we would like to express our appreciation to everyone who has purchased both a Season Ticket or an iFollow match pass this season, which has allowed the Club to generate vital income during this difficult period.

Sounds like they've finally caught up with the 21st century.

Didn't YT say recently that iFollow access was to be streamlined and that we wouldn't be needing different codes for each game soon. Would be good if so. It might be worth encouraging everyone they know to update their email addresses.

On the flip side though it would mean spectators not returning to football in the near future. :(

I think we can take that as a given - No way will we be back in grounds this side of Christmas and I am not sure if we will get back at all this season - maybe a few games in the spring if we are lucky (and the vaccine works)

As you say FR, It's looking like next year to get back into stadiums isn't it unfortunately.

Looks that way. We need for the start of next season normality of packed stadiums with away fans.

It seems so hollow at the grounds.

Definitely DB, we could do with it the back end of this season looking at our fixtures though

Definitely does Helen. Somethings not right though, as other countries are allowing fans back in. Belgium, who were initially the hardest hit on covid deaths per million, are back up to 35% capacity in stadiums already.

I'm offended by your use of the word "elitist" here ST. That actually suggests that he's superior, when actual fact nothing is further from the ******* truth.

It seems to be going under the radar how bad Belgium's second wave is...yesterday the UK reported 21,243 new cases in a population of 68m....Belgium reported 13,327 in a population of 11m.
