    No they aren’t Custard with pie as well
    Though I’ll take double cream as an alternative

    One thing custard isn’t allowed for is Xmas pud. That has to be brandy sauce or possibly brandy butter

    The only thing that has double cream is cheesecake.

    It's dessert because for afters you can have something that's not a pudding. For example you wouldn't have ice cream for pudding as it isn't a pudding it is a dessert :) Apple crumble is not a pudding :)

    Rhubarb crumble is superior to apple, with custard or ice cream. Double cream on cheesecake. Not sure which I’d go for on my last meal though!
