Quite rightly getting told what people think of their stupid idea. Not to ESL level but sports teams all over the country need to realise fans won't stand for it.
Don’t understand why this is an issue? They have basically offered to take part in trialling it, but clearly state it is up to the individual wether to participate or not. If the individual chooses not to take part they can still access the game.
My daughters off to a concert. Has to go for a covid test the day before I think and if its negative it automatically invalidates the ticket. Similar sort of a thing I suppose but it's been over a year of lockdown and if events with crowds are going to happen sooner rather than later I think there will have to be some compromise.
That's interesting. Does it automatically get refunded (including admin fees etc) if it's invalidated? Usually getting anything except face value back from them is like pulling teeth.
Surely that cant be right. So she has to test positive to get in? Or am I reading it wrong - negative makes ticket not valid is how I read it
I think the year of lockdowns, restrictions, all the vulnerable having been offered at least one dose of the vaccine etc is a big enough compromise without having to disclose your medical records in order to watch someone sing or kick a football
It's not disclosing your medical records though, just saying you haven't got a highly contagious deadly disease.
So it's disclosing your medical status. I think we should have to do the same for ALL contagious diseases or viruses. How deadly is covid-19 when all the vulnerable have been offered a vaccination? I'd say not very
Then she needs to contact her gp as the government have stated that all vulnerable have been offered a vaccination and they're now vaccinating people n the low risk age groups
https://metro.co.uk/2021/04/21/only...th-covid-in-uk-after-having-vaccine-14446918/ We shouldn't need to prove any status to go anywhere when the vaccines work so well off one dose.
