I saw a tweet earlier this week that said no-one had ever texted in real-time about a Bengals play-off win. From memory, last one was 1991 and the text message was invented in 1992. I'm enjoying the fact that the Eagles made the playoffs in a rebuilding season. If all goes to form, our season will end tomorrow in Tampa Bay, but I can still hope. Hoping the 49'ers turn over the Cowboys too.
Huge weekend. Rooting for the Bengals shortly but Bills vs. Patriots is some game later. Cowboys/49’ers tomorrow is the pick of the round. Should be an unbelievable match up after the San Francisco heroics last week. Would also love Big Ben to turn over Mahomes and the Chiefs
NFL...Jeez!! well actually, I suppose it will be better than watching those numpties at Grove Street act like they're professional footballers
Have to give credit to the Eagles for demonstrating that #2 seeds can still get play-off byes in the 7-seed system. They've given me a tough call as to which of my team loyalties I'm more embarrassed about this weekend.
Cowboys were my team growing up in the 90’s when I used to stay up late and it was on Channel 4. But with spending so much time in San Francisco the last few years I’ve slowly adopted another red and white team. Just annoying as **** that they’re wanting to invest in L***s United!
They’ve been on fire for five weeks now. Picked up where they left off last week. Nobody will want to play them right now.
Super dramatic end to the Niners game. Unbelievable win but what an awful 4th quarter decisions and game management wise. Really wish it didn’t involve staying up until after 1am like.
That final Cowboys play was utterly bizarre. But I'm taking great comfort from the fact that the Cowboys' season was 4 hours longer than the Eagles' one. Top work 49ers!
As was the way the 49ers setup to allow 40 yards in 11 seconds. It was just Al a bit crazy in those last four minutes with the VAR calls, the penalties, the failed QB sneak……all trumped by that final play by the Cowboys. What a game!
Great game, and a great win for the Bengals tonight. So much to enjoy watching in this team. I'd love to see them go the whole way now. Special mention too for AJ Brown's TD catch for the Titans. One for the highlight reel.
Joe Burrows is going to have this team regular playing in the post season. So much more to come from him over the next few years.
