@havana red1 our trust one doesn't seem to allow it through, despite it saying on terms and conditions that it does. You might have better luck with yours. I used my .net instead and got a code straight away.
I'll have a look cheers. Don't ordinarily have take-aways but i think we need to be doing something like this at least once a week now and have a few drinks (we don't ordinarily drink at home either)
