Please respond and explain Quote 1 from you before we were signing him when you were using him as an example to slate Winnall with: Quote 2 and 3 from you after we signed him: Well?
Really, another thread as a tribute or what? I've got an annoying moth flickering round the room, Im just off to turn the light out.
I'd be more confident with us signing John Stones on a 5 year contract than Hemsy responding without spouting unrelated and irrelevant nonsense to completely avoid the questions
Just wanting to know why he has changed his opinion so drastically now that his original opinion doesn't fit with slagging off our main striker. If he doesn't like being asked about such posts perhaps he shouldn't make such deliberate posts?
He was using AA as a stick to beat SW and now he's stamping his feet because his Chelsea toy boy won't be signing.
In league one he was one of the best. But it's a different league. I honestly thought the club were going to go for it this year. This season will set out the club's intention for coming seasons. I do worry but we will see. Tough run of games coming. Preston ,Wolves, Brighton, Leeds away with two at home in Reading and a very difficult side in Aston Villa. Enough to deflate fans if it goes wrong. Saying that look at the next 10 games up to the end of October.
As opposed to the easy games we've had so far against Ipswich, Derby, QPR, Huddersfield and Rotherham?
A lot easier than what's to come LDRed. Derby are really not at it. Ipswich, look back on that and think point not Huddersfield, same QPR, points gained I think. To go to Wolves and Brighton will be tough.
But you said he did it all. What other attributes are important in the championship that are not covered under 'it all's?
We are going for it, have you seen the league table? And how do you think those teams feel about playing us? I'd be crapping it, especially if i was Leeds.
Well we're 3rd and top scorers , with other teams having to rethink their game plans against us, putting 3 players on Hammill isn't going stop us scoring.
Just to clarify.. It's a different league?? So mawson stepping up to premier.. are you saying he'll never make it? How many of the current starting 11, do you think are not cut out for this league? And should be sold back to league 1? For me... every player deserves a chance, just because they haven't come through one of the top 4 premiership teams academies... which incidentally are not much better than our academy.... means that they are good enough to play week in- week out in established championship teams.. let alone a championship team that is competing with teams still on huge parachute payments. Come on Phil..get a reality grip man We have just had one of the best seasons in living memory.. we sit third in the league.. above teams who have just had around 100million quid, given to them.. Above established championship teams. And just because we try and recruit the best we can get... that makes them not good enough, because they aren't from Chelsea, man u, citeh or arsenal!
You always get the occasional Barnsley "supporter" who has to try and dampen an otherwise fantastic start to the season
My point being, there are no easy games in this league. We're not little old Barnsley any more who are just going to roll over against these teams.
