Everton have announced record losses of £111.8m for the year to June 2019 but say they are "committed to operating in a financially sustainable manner". That's nonsensical. The second half of that sentence doesn't belong on the same page as the first half.

Surely the biggest issue in this is the fact the PL say it is acceptable to operate at a loss of £105 million over a 3 year period. Everton are at £94 million, so are acceptable!!
