POTENTIAL ANTI DOPING VIOLATION. The fa have not to my knowledge said what the drug was. ( Performance enhancing or recreational) It's scandalous that a decision is taking this long. It's like Chansiri et Al taking the Mick in handing over the accounts. Wendies might get points docked when and if deemed safe by the end of the season. The FA are a disgrace. I assume the club are taking no chances. For if Diaby is guilty as charged and are not willing to take a chance on another POTENTIAL DRUGS VIOLATION. As the fa have presented it as this and if it can actually be explained away. Why did they not carry out another test further down the line. If indeed they did, then what was the outcome. An apprentice at work was disciplined at work for a drugs offence. Got off with a warning. Dimwit got randomly tested again whilst at college. Failed and got sacked.
from the FA anti doping handbook 25. The ability of The Association to impose a Provisional Suspension under this Regulation 25 is separate from, and operates independently of, Rule E16. (a) The Association shall provisionally suspend a Player from the date that The Association’s notification of an Adverse Analytical Finding in respect of an A Sample for a Prohibited Substance other than a Specified Substance is communicated to the Player (a “mandatory Provisional Suspension”).
0898 12 11 52 exciting news from oakwell, listen here first for full details of your new signing..... 5 mins of adverts and waffle followed by the big news the groundsman has bought a new mower... which was subsequently followed by my mum cracking me around the head when the phone bill came. what a time to be alive!
So does that mean that the fa automatically suspends a player for failing a test but that is separate from them being allowed to optionally suspend a player for failing the same test?
I have no inside information. My view is pure speculation. I'm poet, I don't know it. Hope I don't blow it. It looks like relegation.
