That only works if we are in a realistic position of staying up otherwise most players will give us a wide berth if we are still in the relegation spots. We should have done proper business before the season started. Not half way through.
Not sure how u interpret that quote to mean the policy is to be relaxed, I read that to mean the opposite. He's reinforcing the policy, saying that age and experience are not as important as getting in the right (young) people to get points.
