They could be but it won't be. Even if we sell Mads and Kitching and don't sign Thomas, I am sure the guys brought in to replace them would be more likely to start then every single of those we'd have left here.
Don’t think we’re capable of winning all seven now if I’m honest. We’ve been less than convincing away for the last four. Not even sure it would be enough anyway. Need to get the three wins or so we need to secure the playoffs and see what happens. Agree that Bolton look strong but Posh are in top form too. It’s the playoffs though and as always….it’s anybody’s.
If we are in league one that is just about possible but unlikely. Championship? Not a chance. I wouldn’t mind a look at Jasper Moon though. There’s a player in there. He was hung out to dry last season but is getting good reviews in a settled position as a centre back in a back three. Plays on the left for Burton, so if we don’t go up and did sell Kitching, I doubt we’d bring in anyone better or with more experience.
Eight clear of teams in 5th and 6th so cant see us getting owt less than 3rd or 4th, by the standard of what most of us expected at the start of this season that's a bl**dy miracle. Understand the concern over the back 3 but I think the most important position is the guy in charge, keep him and any replacements required will fit the plan as they have this season....COYR
I think Duff could make a good league one player out of any of them, keeping him should be the goal, wherever we end up..
I think Jordan Williams will likely move on in the summer hence why we brought cotter in. If we don't go up the likes of Anderson, kane and connell will all attract attention. I read last month that Sean Dyce is desperate to get shut of mason holgate from Everton who has made just 5 appearances all season we have a 15% sell on so hopefully some of that can balance the books. Also dyer and jalo could be our front 2 next season... could but its not likely.
If someone is looking to buy Jordan Williams I hope their scouts haven’t been watching the last three games or so. The lad looks a yard off the pace and he couldn’t trap a medicine ball on current form. I wonder if he’s carrying an injury to be honest. He’s just not at the races at all. With him, and Phillips in front/alongside him being off the boil, that side of the field has been a concern.
I agree with that, I just remember him been linked with a move away in January think it was Preston we brought in cotter and I thought that could be a future replacement. I could be wrong like you say his form has dipped lately.
