I am no one to criticise Val, but in my personal view, l just wish that mid game we could slip into the flowing passing mode that we all know we can play, especially when the opposition change their own tactics to nullify us, l do believe we would have beat Wednesday with the passing game rather than the hoofball!. I don’t want us to be known as a one ‘trick team’ especially as
Opposing teams are becoming wise to it. As l say that is my own feeble amateur opinion and l would willingly take the present tactics if the points keep on coming.

Yes I was getting a tad frustrated at times by aimless long balls when we had players in space.

I disagree. I think it's mentality. Once they get a whiff of Doug O'Kane and his eulogies they clam up. Away from home it's opposition press and platitudes.

Not so sure about that today,we couldn’t pass for toffee when we had it on the floor .
Just a bad day at office and too many players on off day .
Chalk it off and we go again against Reading after a good rest and some training ground time .
