    The whole competition is a joke. Foreign guys heading towards 30 that cost around 10 million to buy, that's not going to help English players. 27 away fans for Leicester Under 23s at Grimbsy I think it was. Pointless group stages when knockout was bad enough. Random developmental sides allowed in because the top sides didn't want to enter.

    The authorities running our game are a joke.

    The FA and the Football league simply haven't a clue, all they are interested in is pandering to the top clubs to stop them from breaking away to form a European Super League, something which the bloated Champions League was supposed to prevent but still isn't enough for the greedy b******s. Result? Pathetic rubbish like this. Well done Bradford for showing it up.

    If Bradford receive punishment for this then they should withdraw from the competition.

    They haven't broken any rules. The competition is a farce and hopefully the poor performance of the majority of u21's teams will aid the transition back to its regular format.
