    Been looking at Brentfords recent transfer history and I am really surprised at their debts you mention.
    Over the last 4 seasons alone they have made almost £50million in player sales-

    Mepham £12million
    Yennaris £4.9million
    Jota £6million

    Hogan £9miillion
    Gray £9million

    Yeah, that tweet is from a couple of seasons back so their debt could now be much less.

    Having said that 50 million over 4 seasons is 12.5 million per season, and they have had to replace those players too.

    Brentford's latest accounts are out and here's an update from Swiss Ramble.

    Their debt has risen from £60m to £71m, but it's all owed to their owner in interest free loans.
