So If I want to say that **** **** is a top bloke and excellent ****, I can't!

If I want to say Patrick ***** is a top bloke for saving the club, I can't!

Why is the assumption that anything posted about them is negative? Also there would be nothing to stop me making an implicit reference to one of them, so it was absolutely obvious who I was talking about, and posting a derogatory comment!

I could understand why Doyle was on the banned words list due to the exceptional circumstances at the time but what has prompted this?
