Big Darren is maybe "too nice" a man for that outfit. I can see them giving it a go, buying out Rotherham's squad again, capitulating in November and poor Moore getting the chop. I don’t think they’d be whipping boys, no. They wouldn’t be a great championship side and might be bottom three but they’d be no worse than whoever stays up of the current bottom six.
They'll manage to shift a few extra tins of tuna, enough to allow them to establish themselves. Whipping boys they certainly won't be.
No, sadly. I don't think the gulf between the bottom of the champ and top of league 1 is that big anymore. They'll strengthen, and they've got a good coach. I wouldn't call Moore inexperienced either, he'll have been in the dugout for 250 senior games come the end of the season.
Just this Darren Moore is a good manager and the Fowls will obviously strenghthen, Id expect them to be lower mid table one or 2 places away from us if we go up
