.. does Hecky recruit the players he wants to? Obviously he has no blank cheque book, and has age restrictions. But is it established that at the end of the day, no player walks into the dressing room without his nod of approval? If that is indeed the case, then we can at least start apportioning a measure of responsibility for footballing decisions on here.
