    Some cracking top of the net penalties there but their two low shots gave Cooper a chance to save them. Could say we just squeezed through in the end, but it was very much deserved.

    Well, that was a strange game. Shows where we are I suppose and where the gaps are. Some hugely encouraging performances by the new faces and it was a pleasure to watch. Really enjoyed it. But we were wasteful and nearly threw it away, which is frustrating. If we had been a bit more clinical, that should have been a 5 or 6 goal game.

    Cleary - take a bow son - outstanding game.

    Their keeper didn't make a single save all night. We had one effort on target in the 90 + mins (Russell's goal) and the only pen we missed hit the woodwork.
