    Some of the penalties were shocking. Some were really good.

    Glorified friendly but glad Palace won.

    It's more than a glorified friendly. Trophy and medals up for grabs. Huge crowd at Wembley. I'm sure everyone involves wants to win.

    Given they’ve had the opportunity, I’m sure they would do. But if you offered Liverpool to win today or any other trophy this season, I think I know what they’d pick.

    Exactly, the same teams winning it year in year out gets boring! And it's some consolation for the fans losing out being in the Europa league.

    That goes without saying, but the other trophies weren't up for grabs today. Liverpool wanted to win today, and played like they did.

    Chelsea beat AC Milan at the same time to win the VisitMalta Weekender Trophy. Fifa World Club Champions and winning this within the last month. It doesn't get much better than that :)
