Agree but definitely no Mcgoldrick in the squad. Not at 37 with a league game less than three days later and a long trip the following Tuesday and another long trip on the Saturday. Gotta manage those minutes. We don't want another Roberts situation.
Winning is a habit. Yes, there’ll be changes but the game isn’t a given and a cup run would be handy. Still need to put a half decent side out.
I'd definitely player Barrett, Cleary, Kelly, Watson & Russell. Get some minutes into their legs early on.
I'd rest Goldy, with a cup of cocoa and some biscuits lol. Do we rest K.Dunn as well, and maybe start with Cleary and/or Kelly.
He might want to keep going but the managers job is to call when it's not in the best interests of the team and rest him when appropriate. For me, giving him the night off is the easiest call he'll make this week. No brainer.

It would be good to progress, and I think it’s important to maintain the momentum and positivity—especially at Oakwell. We can maybe rest a few of the established players, keeping them on the bench if needed, but still field a strong enough side that I believe should get a result.
