I’m heading to the box office shortly. They told me over the phone they were open from 9am today?

Agree it’s poor that you can’t speak to someone.

Aren’t the phone lines always closed on match day?

Can’t imagine the staff have any time to answer the phone on match day mornings. Their time will be needed elsewhere.

And phoning probably refers to differing ko times, eg, noon ko.

 

Being on here confirms that we all have online access and it takes seconds these days to find any information you need. Why waste your time in a phone queue unless you need to speak to someone about a specific subject?
