Less than 10k is what I'd expect after last season's omnishambles. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and say we'll just scrape through that figure. First home game, cheap walk-up tickets, nice weather and off the back of that win at Plymouth.... 10,104
If the team put in the kind of graft we saw at Plymouth, on a regular basis, they’ll win more than they lose and gates will increase. I’ll be there on Saturday and I’m looking forward to it.
Ticket map looks good I’m pleased there will be a decent crowd maybe 12000 as Burton won’t bring more than 200 even though it will be one of their shortest away trips.
Has the potential to be the largest attendance in the league today. Which is a massive turn around from the end of last season, fair play. I’m going with 12k.
Must be a lot of pay on the day fans due to there being only about five thousand expected to have renewed
If it is a 12k crowd today it’ll be a great effort. Let’s hope there’s a performance on the field to entice people back next week.
Credit to the club for the Category C pricing this season. If today was £25 I could have easily seen sub 10k attendance with loads of empty seats in Ponty and East. Instead it looks like we could get near 12k home fans, Ponty is pretty much sold out and we’ve a real opportunity to start rebuilding that connection between the club and the fans. Let’s hope we take advantage of it.
