Good luck to him. Don’t think he’s quite the standard we need but he’s scored at tier five level in the past. As mentioned that’s him to the end of his current deal I believe; hope he does well wherever he ends up in the future. Looking at another on-loan striker; if MaxG keeps bagging one a game in the SPL and in Europe I can see us exercising that twelve month extension we have the right to! If only to increase the transfer fee to sell him!
It’s funny how every player comments on how massive the club is, whoever they have signed for. I’ve never thought of Southend as massive though
Massive for the level they play at when you consider we played them in the second tier not that long ago and their crowds.
I’d love to know what percentage of his wage were still paying & the same for the other players we’ve loaned out.
I would think looking at where the said players have gone that the clubs they have joined will be paying 100% of thier wages.
