Mladen haters...

So ive been critical of mladen prior to this season. After meeting him and seeing the ins and outs of this window he deserves credit...
If I'm wrong I'm happy to admit it..
Mladen for me has done good this window and it's still open...we've kept our best players and recruited well...plus credit to the board for appointing Conor...unfortunately we will lose Conor one day because he will be a great manager due to his intelligence and work ethic.
Let's see who else who has changed their opinion on mladen...credit where it's due

 

I would probably wait till the end of the window before proclaiming the 2nd coming of Christ tbh.

 

Now is not the time to judge my guess is there's still major ins and outs to come. Let's see who's here come 1st of September.

 

Season kicked off and still no recognised first team right back at the club

 

I’d give it a 5 out of 10 so far but it’s still not over

 

We will sign a right-back...mladen dare not...conor wont put up with being messed about

 

I assume you know this as Conor told you himself in BnM carpark?

 

He’s still useless & the sooner he’s gone & replaced by somebody competent the better.

 

We need one asap before Saturday not at the end of august

 

How has he been useless this window

 

You judged him after one transfer window surely anybody is worth at least 3 windows which he's in at the moment.

 

There were about three of us defending him last season when there were calls for him to go. I merely suggested it was too early to judge how well he was performing as he’d been here just over 12 months and there’s a tonne of processes involved that don’t immediately bear fruit. Not only that, but he works for the ownership group. Nothing happens without their sign off.

I’ve said it before and I’m sure it’s boring, but there’s nobody at the club who isn’t doing their best, who isn’t working hard for the betterment of BFC.

Good start on Saturday, let’s be positive and help from the stands this weekend.

There'll be thousands of RBs available before Saturday,,, but wouldn't you prefer us to sign a good one?

 

I've been fairly vocal on here that I think he needs to go. As it stands I'm crediting Houriane for what appears to be a change of direction but obviously Sormez has to get the ink on the paper through his employer. I feel as though he is now being guided by the Manager and between them it's looking more like we know what we're doing and not just a scattergun approach to signings. Also the moving on of players not required has been fairly successful so he's maybe 5/10 at present.

You do realise Conor has been a huge huge part of our recruitment don't you?
In fact he's actually said no to some of the players the club identified, what another silly post, I'm not suggesting Mladen doesn't deserve praise btw if indeed these players turn out decent but you are making a judgement after 1 game and giving the head coach zero input.

 

We’ve had all summer to recruit one meanwhile the defence is down to the barebones and it will cost us points if we’re not careful.

 

We are desperate for defence upgrade, will we get anyone? NO, Sormaz OUT.

 

It's been a better window, so far, than his previous two. If we bring in 2 more (RB and ST) and only lost 1 CM from the 3 older hats, then I'd say 7/10...

It's impossible to draw a full conclusion from it until the window closes.
