    Random observation from yesterday.
    Every game (not team) in League One featured atleast 1 ex red.
    We seem decent at recruiting players who will (eventually) make it to this level.

    See if anyone can find them all and notice any I didnt..

    Said for a few years now that we seem to be able to identify players but struggle to develop them and would be one first things I would have looked at.

    I think its naturally happened because we've been focussed short term on promotion since we got relegated. So instead of championship potential players its mainly been high end league one who are at their peak and loanees.
