His best position is attacking down the middle centrally without any defensive responsibility. Easy to see why. Has some real quality technical ability
Was not appreciated at the Oakwell. Was a bit of a scapegoat whenever he played. I rated him from the start ,would not blame him if he left. Too toxic at Oakwell . It wasn't his fault we were playing negative football.
So are you saying it’s the fans fault or the club/board for taking us down as low as a snakes belly by reducing quality of everything?
Last year of his contract. Free scoring midfielder still relatively young. If he isn’t sold this summer I would be amazed. Yes he’s been decent going forward, statistically he’ll look great and he’s an international. if he can command a fee of £1m plus that works out at over £20k a game.
£1 million sounds very low for a goalscoring midfielder who's a full international - even going into the last year of his contract.
Yep.. sell sell sell.. With Yoganathan ready to step into his shoes. His replacement is already here, couldn't be working any better.. Who says we 'don't know what we're doing'..
I would hope the club could get more. The £1m is illustrative of the cost trade off of not selling. Next summer he goes for nothing. If he chooses not to go and runs down his contract he would potentially be the big beneficiary by being a free agent. That’s all dependent on him having a decent season. it’s easy for fans to say don’t sell when they aren’t making up the financial short fall from their own pockets.
Right I'll ask.. have Udders a sell on.? You would think so coming to us at aged 22.. Ed... Just asked Google AI and it says yes..
No not the fans fault whatsoever. But I speak to ex players and players who all say last 3 seasons as not been easy to play at Oakwell, hence the away form being better last season. Been a while since fortress Oakwell. Down to , yes the football were watching . The toxic atmosphere doesn't help. The clowns who bought the 2 Belgiums for millions and put them on long contracts ,set the club back years. This current board are trying ,(not doing brilliant since Duffy left). But like said on here ,it's easy to sugest someone investing pounds in a sinking boat.

Ok cheers, first and last time I ask Google AI owt..everyone knows Wikipedia is full of it.. but Google AI chats sh1t3 aswell then..
I wouldn't have thought they had a sell on clause. They were keen to offload him,as the coaches didn't rate him. Yet he was instrumental in their play offs 2 seasons before. Many udders fans rated him ,the new coaches didn't. Bit like BFC fans I suppose.
Yeah thought that’s what you meant, it’s hard because they go hand in hand, yeah the fans have a part to play lifting the atmosphere but given how many are staying away always gonna be hard. Just look at the flag only used once because not enough people to move it along the Ponty.
Was talking to Disco 12 months ago ,he was complaining about the fans being negative. I told him to be fair ,you can't blame them as it's gash. He said were not Man City. We don't have to be man city to get fans off their seats. Last match I recall was Wednesday at home ,we won 4 2 . Great game ,can't recall anything remotely like that in last 2 seasons. Hoping CH can create a different atmosphere. Needs some investment, however the 2 clowns who put us in this position are long gone. Be a while before we get stability and success. At the end of the day it's not the current board , management , team or fans fault at where we are. Were in the S%#t and need to progress. Sadly the fan base are drifting away . Will take ages to get them back on board. Here's hoping.
