    For CC games the rules are 4 x 440ml cans of beer or 1 bottle of wine per person. I've seen people taking in 4 x 'pint' cans, don't think the stewards are that bothered. You will get a cursory bag check.

    Buckingham makes his debut. He played a couple of Big Bash games for Adelaide Strikers. Bean is one to make way, but he's been getting plenty of runs this week for the seconds in a Roses match.

    Warrickshire have Beau Webster playing for them. A very handy Australian all rounder who for most nations would be a regular, but being Australian it's hard. He plays for Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash.

    Disastrous start with Bess and Wharton gone already. Glad to see that we’re batting though for all those who have turned up hoping to see Root and Brook batting. They might both be in before lunch the way it’s going
