Can anyone remember them having a team that is so so bad? All across the park they are poor from keeper to striker and everywhere in-between with the exception of Bruno Fernandes..
They can quite conceivably finish in 17th place, one above the relegation zone. They're only 3 points above West Ham who are currently there. It's a mind boggling charabanc of mismanagement.
Incredibly bad. No athletes, no willing runners, no one showing for ball, no heart. Shambles of a club at the minute. Well, at the decade I should say. Considering they've spent over 1.5 BILLION in said decade too...
Man Utd who cares on this site about Man Utd full of ***** players who on over £50 ,000 minimum a week, certainly not me Get a grip this is a Barnsley forum you lunes
This is the moment I was living for when United kept winning everything in sight long may it continue.
And they thought the Glazier's were doing a bad job running the football side of things. It's got worse since Ratcliffe took over.
Slightly off topic, and I know it's a drum I've beaten to death already. But 3 days after the Premier League finishes, Man Utd jet off to Kuala Lumpur for a friendly with an Asian All stars team. They then fly to Hong Kong to face their national team. After a brief break, they jet off to Stockholm to play their local side, erm... Leeds United, followed by 3 friendlies against other Premier League sides over in America. But we keep getting told that there's too much football, and that's why we can't have FA Cup replays.
Yes, before Fergie got there. They're back at their natural level of being bang average again, like they were between the Busby and Ferguson eras.
Just on the subject of the Premier League in general, I had a look at the table tonight and my overriding thoughts were (a) Is this the most boring end to a PL season in its history and (b) Just how much of a completely ruined closed shop has the PL become. Within 2 weeks, it is almost certain that the title will be confirmed as Liverpool's, and equally as certain that all 3 teams that came up last season will all have their relegation back to the championship confirmed, all with 4 games still to go. Its feasible that all this could be confirmed next week. The inability of promoted teams to compete is now cemented in. Football at the top level has been completely ruined.
Strange comment indeed from someone who created a thread on Watching Rotherham v Wycombe but commenting on the attendance. Lol.
Up until their late winner today, after their last few matches, I thought Liverpool were trying their best to keep folks interested.
I seem to remember I posted something back end of last season about Premier league teams complaining about playing too many games but Spurs flew out to Australia for a friendly played 2 days after the season ended. Edit, just checked Fotmob app. Spurs last league match was May 19th away at Blunts, they played Newcastle in Melbourne on May 22nd.
