I'd do the same against a team with unlimited funds and a squad with 1.5billion spent on it mate. You should be walking most sides 5-0. I love how Bournemouth plays, and fair play to Forest for how they've nailed it too. Brilliant centre halves, quick pacy wingers & technical midfielders. Wood & Selz have been overperforming for them granted, but they fully deserve it.
Can I be nosey and ask, are you actually a Barnsley fan? You seem more passionate talking about Man City but rarely discuss Barnsley, if you are indeed a Reds fan and do you go to Oakwell? and where's the man city thing come from? Genuinely interested btw
Really enjoyed it as a spectacle. No affinity to either club. Agree about the intensity from both sides. Man City proved second half you need that little bit more to win.
Yeah mate. I thought the young lad Oreilly who came on really played well and changed City's fortunes a bit. They have some lovely young talent. Oreilly, Bobb, Lewis(though I don't rate him particularly highly but clearly Pep does), McAtee. When you see some of the academy players theyve released too... Lavia, Trafford, Frimpong from Leverkusen, Cole Palmer, Olise, Morgan Rogers, Delap, Bynoe-Gittens, Porro from Spurs, and so on. It's mental
I'm a lifelong Barnsley fan I've had a season ticket for a very long period but around the time we sacked Arsebaggy I decided enough enough with the Cryne involvement and the currentownership, I go to occasional games but watch on streaming or whatever medium. If Barnsley played City I'd want a Barnsley 5 - 0 win. I've explained many times my liking for and connection to City so can't be arsed doing it again, mansfield_red or wombwell-red will nk doubt let you know.
