Despite everything I still believe you have the clubs best interest at heart, but please make some smart choices for once to start getting us turned around. It really shouldn't be that difficult you are making life very hard for yourselves. Please relieve the sporting director of his duties and don't replace, it's not working he's been in the position for longer than the last 2 head coaches. Go and appoint a Head coach that has autonomy on playing style, the sooner the better to assess the squad. Go back to using whatever data we did previously and have a detailed plan for recruitment. If you don't do anything else those three actions alone would make us better, this notion of how we do things right now is dead, the stats and results show clear regression. For godsake start to apply a level of common sense.
People loved raging at the previous plan though, mate. I do think if we sack Mladen, we should replace with another. We can't just chalk it off because of one failure, all successful clubs have one, well the majority anyway. Sure someone will point me to a decent club who doesn't.
We need a decent head coach buddy, this system is making us hamstrung to who we can attract because generally speaking head coaches want control of things that impact results which ultimately decide their fate. I think some head coaches/managers would over look the funds we have but not a combination of both factors, just because sporting directors are fashionable doesn't make it right for everyone, it's additional costs for a club hemorrhaging money.
