    Absolutely shambolic transfer window, we are no better off than what we were on the 1st of January.

    It truly does reek of….you guessed it…..mid table mediocrity!

    Does this signal the owners/investors are getting twitchy. No real investment on the playing side this window. Are they getting ready for a tactical withdrawal?

    Maybe they are selling up, I can’t think of any other reason for lacklustre transfer window. Surely getting more than 1 striker in wasn’t the plan.

    Incredibly disappointing window.

    I am not the biggest fan of Clarke but wow he's been seriously let down here

    We now have a forward line that consists of:

    Clement / Dyer and Nzondo or an out of position Humphrys. That is the worse I can ever remember us having by quite a margin.

    Got to say on paper that’s another horrific transfer window even for us , I wouldn’t be surprised to see a white flag flying over Oakwell and yet again another manager being let down by the owners.

    When Clarke first arrived, we liked how he didn't pull punches and said what he saw.

    Now then DC.... I expect you to be honest with us with that window and tell us if you are happy with it.....

    If that means you upset the board you do that. It might be your only saving grace here...

    The thing I try to compare with this transfer window is how well other clubs have done in the window. No-one is daft enough to know what signings will work or won’t, but if I compare us with L1 signings we seem way off. So maybe we just took a big step backwards at the same time that others stepped forwards. Let’s see.
