Lol. You've come into this thread all gung-ho with how you've confronted people and now going all snowflake because someone's picking you up on something you've said. It's quite sweet.
Yeah mate I feel strongly about what’s gone off tbf, even though doesn’t affect me personally. I’ve had a go at a few fair enough, but to be called racist ha.... some people just play that card to claim victory. As posted earlier, I have mixed race in my family and love them to bits so some on here need to apologise..... they won’t, who cares eh
Not sure it is racist. Are you saying there would be this level of outage if the scroat had been a white working class kid on his way back from Benidorm? Would there be 200 people protesting outside Rochdale police station? Would he have posted bail for assaulting 3 police officers and not yet charged? All valid questions. You can’t take race out of it because plenty of people are saying they were victims of racism - you can’t have it both ways. Is that not racist then on your logic?
Sorry I don't think I understand. I can't say that WGs statement, that he guarantees a white brit in the same situation would be behind bars, is racist because some other people are calling the copper racist (which I'm not)? Statements based on supposition like that where the only evidence you present is skin tone - are by definition racist. It is making a judgement based on race... Without presenting any other evidence. Also why even say it? Noone was talking about race. To blurt that opinion out without context or evidence is pretty clear prejudice based on race ie racism. Sorry but it is. I've never had to call out blatant racism on here before so I'm not 'playing the card'. I'm calling out clear and obvious, very much unnecessary, racial prejudice.
Teacher had her nose broken like the police officer did Could have had a knife like one who stabbed teacher in Tewksbury - quite a few stabbings in schools How would he have taken his gun tazered on the floor with his hands by his side - copper took a run to kick him - how would he have reached
I believe this contains racist comments, this doesn't necessarily make the poster racist but it does indeed mean they've made racist comments. Hope this helps.
Yep, probably a good point to lock this thread now. It’s going round in circles and people are getting a bit personal.
Police are put in a position of power over the population. An understanding for allowing them that position of power is that they are trained to not get emotional in situations like this and react like he did. Simple as that.
No I’m asking to see if someone believes that our moral compass might deviate from normality given what’s happened in the moments leading up to him kicking that guy. Would have been interesting also had the first video also included the full events of what happened cos I don’t think the copper would have got so much criticism if everyone knew the full events.
The second video looks worse for the copper on every watch. It shows the build up for sure and I have no sympathy for the criminals they were dealing with... But how it ends is most shocking. Kicking an incapacitated guy in the head hard enough that it lifts off the ground and moves his body, while his mother crouches over him is, perhaps unfortunately, a much more resounding image than the scrote punching people. The outcome doesn't justify the provocation. Nevermind where we'd be if that kick had hit the mother. If a scrote punches your daughter in the face do you deserve to face no consequences if you knock him out then stamp on his head? You can claim extreme circumstances and stress but the outcome is still something that can be classified as an attempt to kill or cause serious harm.
I’m not in a position of authority, in a job where i have the power to take away your freedom. But even so, if you punch me in the head 10 times and they get taken down i wouldn’t kick you in the head and then stamp on you. Because im not a thug.
Was the cop in the wrong? Yes. But those the Cops went to deal with haven't been charged yet and that's wrong too.
To be fair it's commonplace to be released on police bail pending charges while an investigation takes place.
