I practice civil law not criminal, so you can take your misguided assumptions about me, shove them up your arse and fuck right off.
Biggest bollock that copper dropped was not waiting until they got that scumbag into back of police van and then sorted him
Chill out bro. Some people are offended by seeing anyone who is laying face down restrained having their head kicked like a football. That's not an unreasonable point of view even if you don't agree with it. The kind of freedom and power you are suggesting the police should have is a dangerous precedent. How do you stop them abusing it? What happens when accusations like these take place and it's not on CCTV? What if the guy died? What if it turns out he had serious mental incapacity or had just been through extreme emotional turmoil/grief? What if that kick had hit the guys mother who was leaning over his body?
Lock up the civilians and also the copper, attacking emergency services and stamping on someone's head that could have killed him. No defence for either in my opinion, copper wouldn't last two mins in the nick mind.
So because I don't agree with a policeman stamping on someone's head I can't respond to abuse on a messageboard? 10/10 logic there.
I'm not surprised you've not said it earlier to be honest. It must be so frustrating when people ignore what you've posted and just read what they think they want to read. Hopefully this can help.... NOBODY IS DEFENDING THE AGRESSOR. THEY WERE IN THE WRONG. BUT JUST THAT THE POLICEMAN WAS WRONG TO BOOT HIM IN THE MUSH WHEN HE WAS SUBDUED. BOTH PEOPLE CAN BE IN THE WRONG. IT ISN'T AN EITHER OR SITUATION. Hope this helps, as someone used to say.
I ain’t said he his in order for what he has done at all, .... I take it you would have be gentle with him after battering your colleagues then?....wouldn’t have wanted you trenches with me mate, but opinions eh!
I don’t give a **** what happened before, there’s not a single thing that could excuse him kicking and stomping on someone that’s restrained. I don’t want to hear about how difficult it must be or any of that nonsense. He was restrained on the ground and a threat to nobody at that point. He should lose his job at a minimum and in my opinion face assault charges.
Did you just compare some scrotes throwing punches in an airport with the trenches where millions died? The disrespect to the fallen is beyond words.
