    I was so angry and disappointed....I turned the telly over at the final whistle and watched summat else!!

    If we’re been honest about it Spain have been better than us for a few years.

    They played Italy off the park in the last Euro’s semi & deserved to win it but couldn’t find the goal & lost on pens. They were the best team at that tournament.

    In the World Cup they were far better than Morocco but couldn’t break them down & lost on pens.

    They’ve now got that attacking flair with players like Yamal & Pedri coming through that enables them to break sides down.

    Spain were just better than us on the night. They aren't better than us. That's part of the problem for me...mentality. It's o.k to lose because the opposition were better etc. If that's truly the case why analyse it?

    Of course it’s not ok to lose but I do think they’re a better side than us.

    It wasn’t just last night. They’ve been the best team all tournament. They made 11 changes & still won a group game. They came through a semi without Carvajal, Le Normand & Pedri & have had a much tougher group & run to the final.

    I was mildly disappointed but when you've seen us lose to Wednesday at Wembley in injury time of extra time this doesn't even register on the heartbreak scale

    We were narrowly beaten by the best team in Europe if not the world. Thing is, if we’d not been half as cautious, and attacked more, I think we would have won. Disappointed yes, but I’m over it and looking forward to the new domestic season now. COYR
