Concerned that we're putting so much faith in an all action exceptional box to box midfielder. He's the best there is. He isn't creative. He'll drive you forward, tackle and score. He's a Redfearn but he isn't a Hignett.
I honestly don’t think they need to change much. If they keep playing as they are the Serb’s will only get more tired & start letting runners go or picking cards up.

I think you're meaning Tadic bud, he played for Southampton few year ago and has been at Ajax for past 5 year or so, went to Turkey start of last season. His goals & assists for Ajax are out of this world btw. Great player. Knocking on a bit now like.
Completely different style & formation. I'd much rather Gordon start out wide, a proper natural wide winger. It's a shame we have so many great central attacking midfielders at the same time.
