That's what mean he would be no good on the board we want his expertise from the field passing onto our present players ,whoever they maybe. But also he could be a good link between the board, players and fans, because he addresses Barnsley fc has being his club

 

You would imagine this will be rather heavy on his time at Barnsley? I really rate Undr the Cosh and listen to most of them, but considering Jon Parkin is Barnsley through and through, they don't half skip through players' time with the club it seems.

 

Maybe an ambassadorial role would suit

The Nicky Eaden one is good, lots of Barnsley stuff.
Wayne Biggins is good aswell but as you say not much on his time at Barnsley.

 

From a few years back but the Luke Steele one is well worth a listen. Lots on his time at Barnsley and his interactions with Fergie at Utd

 

There’s a few good Barnsley ones on the Patreon. Antony Kay, Andy Liddell, Darren Barnard, etc. Well worth a couple of quid if you enjoy their podcasts.
