Liked him as a player, so much so i named my youngest after him, no not Kevin. He would get respect from players and fans, not sure how he would go getting younger lower league quality players to play at a higher level having been surrounded by quality Prem players for the last 4 years though.
I know that mate, and he didnt disgrace himself either, just wonder if he can get more out of players playing up a few divs? I would be more than happy to give him a go like!
