I don't think I'd have labelled him a "bike nonce" like Adolf Barton has, but he certainly shouldn't be on the road. He's a danger to himself and others.
He basically sticks a camera on his helmet, and aggressively rides into traffic then blames the drivers. But still, I hope he takes Barton for everything he's got.
Aye, pretty much what Fonzie said. He looks for places where cars and vans might not be able to see him, inserts himself there, then blames the motorist citing a disregard for cyclists. His victims are usually really apologetic because I simply don't think they know what's going on and panic.
I used to do a lot of cycling & when you come to built up areas like going through a town / city you just ease off a bit. Not only have you got cars turning & going round parked vehicles, you’ve got kids, pets been walked, people walking around looking at their phones etc. It’s barmy watching him flying down cycling lanes like he’s on a wide trail with no one near him. He just needs to chill out a bit. He’s right that there’s a lot of bad drivers on the roads but it’s like he’s trying to get himself hurt to prove a point.
It'll probably happen here, I can't see how he can escape liability given some of the stuff he said. Especially given Barton is representing himself (at least for now)...

We’ve got a mate who gets called gun nonce because he’s always out shooting. I’m pretty sure no one actually thinks he’s calling him a peadophile. The only winners will be the legal teams.
