    To me, coffee has always just been coffee. Whether it's Nescafe Gold Blend or Safeways happy shopper.

    Except Maxwell House, which is like drinking gravel.

    I don't know if it's just my taste buds or what, but I don't enjoy one breed of coffee over another (maxwell house excluded).

    Beer on the other hand...

    As an example, if I went to someone's house and they offered me a coffee, I'd say yes (if I wanted one), if they offered me a beer, I'd need to know what beer it was.
