Only criticism is they should run more often. The heat they give off is immense

I’d like to see them at every game. Thought they really added to the spectacle.

Could feel the heat from row J. Must have been quite intense on the front row.

Couldn’t feel the warmth in the West Stand. Boo!

In all seriousness, it seemed to add something.

Is this why there were only two ball boys down that side - one at each end and too far apart. Players were regularly hopping over the advertising thing because there was no one near to get the ball back

Well I thought they were rather pointless personally

Should use the money on a new centre back

How much do you think it costs to hire 4 flame throwers for a couple of hours?

There were 6 to be pedantic.

    I reckon they cost about 2 Jordan Williams's or 3 Jamie Mccart's

We'd get a centre back from Wombwell Main for the cost of those

A new centre half? Where are we signing him from, the 1950's?

We sat on the front row at Headingley, directly behind one of them, at one of those awful 100 games. It was going off every boundary and it wasn’t half hot when they came on

Exciting action on the pitch = atmosphere. Get that bit right and there is no need to manufacture it.

That's only part of it, there's clubs further down the pyramid watching turgid football and they've got a better atmosphere than Oakwell.
