    I’d heard the bit about him using a person who’d died’s blue badge but I figured it was his dead grandma’s or something. I can’t believe he actually bought it off someone for 50 quid to do this. He’s an athlete, he runs up and down a pitch for 90 minutes.

    I don’t doubt that Morrison is a bit of a dick regardless, but it is the case that he he has a diagnosis of adhd and is on the autism spectrum, but that the footballing authorities would not grant a therapeutic usage exemption for him to take his adhd medication as it is considered a performance enhancing stimulant. So he had to stop taking it completely when still a kid at Man Utd.

    His actions over the years look very much like those of someone who lacks focus and who has an inability to knuckle down. I’d wager quite a proportion of that is beyond his control.

    That's a fair point. A lot of people wrote Jermaine Pennant off as being thick and lazy, me being one of them. He's since opened up about his issues with ADHD, and to be fair comes across extremely well, very different from the plank I'd imagined him to be.
