!!! A draw against a very very limited team isn’t a ‘brilliant result’. More questions than answers for Collins

Yeah if people don't agree with your view point, of squandering a 2-1 lead to get a point against a poor side is a good result there in your words weird... hmm okay, you not fancy that bet?

A draw at Lincoln City described as a brilliant result. Whatever the opposite of Sheffield Wednesday are - thats our support base.

It's Lincoln City in the third tier.

OK I'll downgrade brilliant to good.

And I agree with your post. At board level we're a shambles. We lie, we deflect, we make bad decision after bad decision.

So having said that I'm actually upgrading the on field performances. I think Collins is doing a good job for these reasons - he's got no support from the boardroom. They've not satisfactorily replaced our 2 best defenders - nor have they given him an adequate strike partner for Cole. Plus it looks like his keeper will be recalled in January after his injury.

Collins is trying win football games whilst them upstairs stick obstacle after obstacle in his way.

First away game this season with young Alfie this is 6th away game not seen us win yet if you want a whip round to make us stay away you can lol. Nice ground and the fan zone looked good weather dependent like ours, got to say a bit weird they had lots of stewards but they were all stood pitch side behind the wall not in a position to help people find their seats. Best bit apart from the goals talking to a bloke with his 11yrs old son from Dony big rugby man but son wanted to support/watch a team asked who he said not Doncaster there rubbish,Dad worked in Barnsley in the 80s so suggested us came to the Morecambe game last season been hooked since said he sees us as a good family club nice to hear.

Nice that the stewards all stood and watched and didn't go wading in, to make the situation worse, when a couple of our own fans started lamping each other up the back of N6.

The fans who accept mediocrity are part of the problem and the main reason why this club will never succeed.

‘a point at Lincoln is a brilliant result’

Sounds like the bloke and his son who sat next to me at the Horsham game (the one without the admin **** up).

Clearly, the boy has been brought up properly.

An opportunity to try and get things back on track with a victory over Wycombe on Tuesday night. I'm just an eternal optimist!

Thought we looked more like our old selves yesterday especially in midfield with Connell pulling the strings and last season we would have won the game but unfortunately our defence is pretty average for this league at the minute and that needs to change otherwise we aren’t making top six.

I agree that given the players we lost in the summer, the shambles of a 'board' that we have, that Collins is doing okay, at the very least.

I'd be confident that if he had Kitching, Mads and Thomas back, or even 2 of them, that we'd be right up at the top.
