    Barnsley v Santos friendly.
Blimey, there's a lot of steps to get up there. Were there that many in 1997?

My first game East Stand upper back row. Social club before game, talk to Nickie Forsters mum. Pork pie and beautiful cheese and onion sandwich at half-time.

    Memories.

My son had a ST on the back row from about 1995 to 1998 … if you’d have know then what you know now, you could’ve given him a bit of your pork pie yer greedy bugger

I sat in the "family area" with my grandson. Blimey, the language around us would make a docker blush. Whole family near us, granddad, dad, son included, all throwing 'F' bombs and the odd 'C bomb as well which is a horrible vile word.

There was an older bloke sat near us who I saw turned around in obvious disgust several times at the perps. If their ST'S were behind ours, we'd have to move.
