    Binge watched it really enjoyed it ,so glad we've moved on since them days ( well most of us have) so sad to get treated like they did when they were asked to come here and worked to get the UK back on its feet.

    I think that they were treated like that through fear and ignorance.

    Written by Lenny Henry, based on his mums experience of coming to Britain in the 50's...a bit clumsy in parts but quite good at other times... wouldn't rave about it.. but watchable.
